Refund policy

Placement is a digital service delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, so bids are non-refundable once your listing is live on the board.

We do refund when

  • You were charged but no rank was granted because of a technical failure on our side.
  • You were charged twice for the same bid.
  • We remove your listing for a reason that is not your fault.

We do not refund when

  • Someone outbids you and your position drops. That is the mechanic.
  • Your listing receives fewer clicks than you hoped. No traffic volume is promised.
  • Your listing is removed for being illegal, deceptive, adult, or malicious.

How to request one

Email [email protected] within 7 days with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
